He married Frances Miles (or Myles) either in England or Canada. Frances Miles was from Reading, Berkshire. There is a James Watts living at 69 Far Gosford Street in 1901 and 1911. In 1911 he is listed as a plumber, son of James and Ellen. There are also several James Watts on ships manifests going to Canada. If you have any more information do you want to contact me direct. |

4th quarter 1888 reference 6d 484
4th quarter 1901 reference 6d 539
2nd quarter 1908 reference 6d 554 - this last one was named James Edward Watts.
The reference is what you should quote if you order a birth certificate from the certificate service at Southport.
