After reading a comment this morning from Gilly in Australia (in another topic) - I thought it might be a idea if members posted a photo of the area in which they live. It doesn't have to be taken from your window, but maybe limit it to within a few minutes walk from where you live. I know this is in the Coventry section - but I deliberately placed it in the "Coventry Suburbs and Beyond" category - so lets have ONE PHOTO that represents the area where you live - no matter where that happens to be. Here's mine, taken a little while ago in the Green Lane area of Coventry...

That's a dramatic shot! I was only thinking it would be nice to see some photographs of the Spring flowers in our Member's gardens!

What a wonderful display of your tulips, NormK. I shall look forward to seeing your Clematis. If you like climbers, why not try a hardy Passionflower. Edited by member, 12th Apr 2014 10:21 am

Here some pics from my walled yard that I took this afternoon. They whole yard can be viewed from my kitchen window or the one in the conservatory. Don't ask me what they are as I wouldn't be able to tell you. My weekly helper tends to that side of things too.

Forget-me-nots (I think - it's a close up so I can't gauge the size) Honeysuckle Viola Pansy My sister took a photo similar to the first from her bedroom looking across the C&NWCC. The great thing of it is the sky looks liquid and looks like a lake of fire!

A few views from our place at Ash Green. Nice view of the RICOH from the front (think I prefered the gasworks) and two of opposite ends of the rear garden.
