I used to hold my daughter's hand to cross her over the road - now she holds my arm to cross me over!

Someone asked me, at what age does the sex drive stop - then you have to ask someone older than me Lol

I'm not sure whether this makes me old or young but I'm using 3D stuff (eg Google) so much that I've started trying to rotate still images. Blush

I sometimes feel that way Kaga, but only if I have food, drink, my laptop and don't need the bathroom. Taking care of at least one of these usually results in 'well I'm up now...'

Not quite. I'm making an awful lot of spelling mistakes in my posts, can see them after I’ve posted, but not before. Cog loose somewhere, keep looking for the man in the white coat, if I can remember the colour.

Kaga. I suffer from dyslexia and learnt to read by grabbing a few letters and guessing the word. Very good for reading (with the odd gaff) but terrible for writing. I was very fortunate that I got my first computer at about 13, and improved quite rapidly because I didn't have to struggle with my equally terrible handwriting. My second computer even had a spell checker that beeped annoyingly if I got stuff wrong. Better than the wiggly red underline we have now, for improvement, as you corrected as you went along. However, while my fingers learnt to type half decent spelling, my head is still very poor at it, so I can't spot mistakes. If it looks right, my brain is ok with whatever I've typed. With changes in keyboards and often a lack of attention Roll eyes sometimes my fingers go rogue. Missing a key by pressing one of the neighbouring keys is one thing but sometimes my fingers pick a letter at random, not even near the one I wanted. At other times they type a completely different word to the one I was thinking of or just randomly missing words out altogether. I am getting worse but then I'm on my third keyboard in 3 years. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Helen. I never had a computer until I was 85/86, almost impossible to learn at that age, but it's my education that's lacking - really it ended at about ten years of age. I know I could have improved it, but in life there was so much to learn and to do, I thought travel and meeting different cultures was more important, and more fun. Never take the fun out of your life, no matter what the problem. Never really grow up, it becomes too serious and heartbreaking, and we'll all understand each other better. To be with a number of people who could not know each other’s languages, signs and expressions were the funniest and closest you could enjoy with people - well, to me that's how it seemed. “M'sen, iys gonna go to the riv on satdey on the buz to see jonny weeresmother”.

Kaga, learning is lifelong or should be, and you're a champion at it. Thumbs up

As people know that's on here I've had a problem all my life, not with reading but spelling and grammar, but it never stopped me getting on in life. Try reading this you will see what I mean. Everyone should know about K.I.S.S. when we start sending emails at work.
