Thanks, MisterD-Di you beat me to it, that's exactly it. I helped him make a forge in our garage by cutting the top off an old Calor gas cylinder and lining the inside with Cerawall and fire bricks for the forge and we utilized an old bit of railway track for the anvil, very primitive but it got him started. He's the only student leaving WMG Academy for Young Engineers at Canley this year who isn't going into a conventional career in 'normal' engineering and I am very proud of him.
