Could anyone tell me either when Tommy Price died (possibly 1977) and where he was buried or point me in the direction of where I should search. His probable birth date was 14th January 1897 (from his War Records) and he lived most of his life on the Lower Grange Farm, Cubbington. There is a possibility that he was a councillor in Leamington but that seems to be unlikely. What documents do I look at to find councillors in Leamington? - slightly off our patch I know. Any other information about him would be welcome. I have information about how good he was as an athlete as part of my researches into 'The History of Coventry Godiva Harriers and Other Athletic Clubs in the City during the Last 135 Years' but tracing other facets of his life are sparse!! |

Sorry to show my ignorance but what does 'Death, quarter 2, 1976, Warwick and Leamington' mean? Is it a reference to where he is buried, a burial plot, where his death was registered or?? Question |

The reference to Tommy's death in quarter 2 1976 means his death was registered in the second quarter of the year, April until June. It does not tell you where he was buried, just that it was recorded in Warwick and Leamington.
