Leicester Causeway

References in the Coventry Telegraph say Causeway Terrace, Stoney Stanton Road

Any idea whereabouts Anne? Can't see it on any map?

Searching on Google, there is a link to Britain from Above, which for some reason takes me to a Welsh version with a view of English Electric, but I can see in the sentence on the search that it says that the entrance is an entry between the right of 412 Stoney Stanton Road and the adjacent factory, Neil.

Somebody has pinpointed it here, Neil

Hello Neil. I have two directories that overlap that period, the 1896 correction, 1886, and the 1911. There's no sign of 'causeway' in a search within the 1896, not even 'Leicester Causeway'. In the 1911 you see what I have. Edited by member, 10th Oct 2019 4:21 pm
