Hi, my great-grandfather was an RIC policeman who emigrated with his family in 1922/23 following the disbandment of the Royal Irish Constabulary in 1922 following the Irish War of Independence. His service record states his pension was sent to an address at 1 Jutland Terrace, Coventry. I have checked online pre-war and post-war maps but cannot find this location. My guess is it was a development built just before WW2 and destroyed and the street lost by bombing and subsequent post-war regeneration. Any help locating it by map or memory greatly appreciated! Paul

Hi, I hope this doesn't offend anyone. Apparently Jutland Terrace is along the Coventry Road in Exhall.
